Before knowing how we design and when we choose the special ejection system, take a second to know what the complete plate ejection system is.
Complete plate system refers to the length and width of the stripper plate is the same as the length and width of the plate B, most commonly seen in the mold of the deep barrel type product, as shown in figure 1.
Design specifications:
1.When using this system, the stripper plate is locked directly on the return pin, relying on the ejector plates pulling stripper plate eject and return.
2. This system is only suitable for products that can be completed ejected once, it should be used in other ways if the stripper plate completes the ejection, but there are other components such as the ejector pin, ejector sleeve, then they need to be further ejected.
