Compared with option 1 and option 2, option3 can achieve very small gaps, with mold production abrasion, properly eliminate abrasion gaps.
Number 1 means extrusion block.
Number 2 and number 3 mean the fixing pedestal.
Number 4 means the drawhook.
Number 5 means the lever pin.
Number 6 means the ejector pin
Number S means stroke

The letter "a" displayed the location of each component under the mold clamping status.
The letter "b" means when the template where the extrusion block is located opens to S, the drawhook is ready to detach.
The letter "c" means the extrusion block is completely detached, the drawhook is removed from the ejector pin under the force of the counter, and the two templates in which the fixing pedestal is located are ready to open.
Design specifications:
1. When the drawhook is opened by the ejector pin, by the angle below positioning, the design needs to pay attention to the angle of rotation open, to ensure that the mold opening and the mold clamping will not dry each other.
2. When used on small molds, the fixing pedestal can be used with only two screws and two pins, and when used on medium and large molds, 4 screws can be used.
3. The slope of the lever pin and the drawhook matching surface can be at about 15 degrees, and the maximum can not exceed 20 degrees.
