As shown in figure 1, take the hanger mold as an example, the product is a little bit big, without requiring a very strict appearance, and it allows Pin gate point on the product.
As shown in figure 2, When we open a mold, as the plastic latch (14) locked the plate A, middle cavity, plate B together, we need to open the top clamp plate and plate A firstly, when it goes to the stroke D, the runner stripper plate and plate A is pulled by puller, then open the runner stripper and top clamp plate.
In figure 2,
Number 1 means top clamp plate, number 2 means runner stripper plate, number 3 means runner stripper plate insert.
Number 4 means cavity ejector retainer plate, number 5 means cavity ejector top clamp plate, number 6 means plate A.
Number 7 means the middle cavity, number 8 means plate B, number 9 means the core ejector plate.
Number 10 means retainer plate, number 11 means the bottom clamp plate, number 12 means the limit bar.
Number 13, 14 means the plastic latch, number 15 means knock out.
Design specifications:
1. In this way, the cavity ejector plate is pulled out by parting lock, the core ejector plate is ejected out by knock out, and the cavity and core can be ejected out without considering synchronization.
2. Since the middle cavity plate remains on the cavity side after opening the mold, the opening gap between the middle cavity plate and plate A should be easy to take out products when designing the mold, as number 4 location shown in Figure 2.
3. While designing the ejection of the cavity part, in order to ensure that the product sticks to the cavity side, the return pin on the cavity ejector plate should make a section of a gap, as in Figure 2, the position of letter B.
4. Other aspects can be designed as a standard mold.
